WNC Farm to Table is a regional food hub in Western North Carolina that connects small farms with wholesale, retail, and community markets. It provides local fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, and value-added products, supporting farm viability and sustainable agriculture. The hub strengthens direct farm-to-consumer and farm-to-business sales, improves access to fresh, local food, and fosters education and community engagement around healthy, regional food systems.
